One-on-one coaching with the CEO or other senior executive designed to empower him or her in moving to a new level of mastery as a leader. A typical executive coaching program starts with the executive's becoming clear about what they want to accomplish in the future, who they need to be as a leader in order to accomplish it and what breakthroughs in their leadership are needed. At the core of the coaching program is the executive's designing and completing a project that requires them to be an extraordinary leader, producing the leadership breakthroughs to which they are committed.

The executive's coach operates as a trusted partner and friend, someone with whom the executive can confide and work out difficult and sensitive leadership issues. This often is seen as the most valuable aspect of executive coaching.

Executive Coaching
