Designed for executives who see a high performance leadership team (as opposed to a collection of high performance executives) as essential to an extraordinary organization.

I think it's possible that we can get through the next 18 months of economic downturn and come through as a unit, as a team without dysfunctional behavior, and without a deepening of mistrust and wagon-circling.
