Realize Your Most Audacious Ambitions — A New Science of Leadership

Being a Leader & the Effective Exercise of Leadership

Being a Leader & The Effective Exercise of Leadership is for exceptional leaders who are up to accomplishing something extraordinary and who see the need to take their leadership to a new level in order to make that happen. This program employs a new science of leadership that focuses on who you are being as a leader, and is designed to empower you in achieving breakthroughs in your leadership performance that will last a lifetime.

To maximize the opportunity for cross-learning and synergy, there will be no more than six executive leaders from different organizations participating in the program. Each participant will create their own Leadership Initiative designed to make a decisive contribution to their work or organization.

The Being a Leader program is held in San Francisco. The program is comprised of seven in-person sessions supplemented by a series of 60-minute webinars over the course of five months, along with individual leadership coaching for real-time application of the principles of the program. See below for upcoming programs and dates.
